So, I am down 2lbs total this month. Not a big surprise to me because I have not been focusing my attention on my weight loss but mostly on studying for my CPA exams. I am OK with 2lbs. At least it is something and I haven't gained. I will just keep it slow and steady.
I have signed up for Weight Watchers again and am doing that. I am trying to be very conscious of my eating seeing as my working out is only 3 times a week. This next week I am going to continue to focus on my nutrition and eat as clean and healthy as possible. I also would like to try to get some more sleep each night.

I think you are doing great! You are so busy every single day and the fact that you make time to be healthy and take care of you is surely something you deserve a good pat on the back for. Good job!
